Outdoor spaces

The front porch has a lovely view onto your front lawn with mature trees. Sit at the included bistro table and enjoy your string lights while the sun sets. Some front door practicalities: we include a lockable mailbox (with a flag for mail collection) and a front door keypad deadbolt lock, so no more forgetting your keys! 

We've considered security too: there are flood lights that automatically come on from dusk to dawn, an optional Ring doorbell, and security cameras for just in case.

There's a small fenced back patio, in case you'd like to set up another entertaining space, or for cold nights when your dog needs to go out. ;-) 

The long driveway can accommodate two cars (maybe three small ones), and there's an optional remote-controlled garage space for $100/month. We will manage all (organic and gas-free) lawn care and shovel the driveway.

1st Floor

Enter by electronic keypad to the generous living room, where the hardwood floor, bay windows, and a decorative fireplace invite you in. French doors open to the dining room, with beautiful leaded glass cabinetry. Continue around to the spacious kitchen with granite countertops. Modern stainless steel appliances include an oversized fridge with ice and filtered water in the door, gas oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A deep sink with a garbage disposal and additional drawers for storage and prep round it out the conveniences. There's a pantry and a half bath on the way out the back door, to the basement, or circling back around to the bonus room with two sets of French doors, which could be an office, den, playroom, or more!

Head upstairs to the primary bath on your left, with a subway tile + soaking tub/shower combo and a brand new circular medicine cabinet with storage. A cozy second bedroom is on your right, with gorgeous light in the afternoon/evenings. There is plenty of built-in storage in the hallway. The primary bedroom will be on your left, which also gets that beautiful western light. It has a decorative fireplace and built-in drawers and two closets. The third bedroom rounds out the second floor, also with great natural light. All the rooms have been freshly painted with a warm, elegant vanilla mocha VOC-free flat paint to coordinate with your personal interior style.

2nd Floor

Third Floor

For your safety, we covered the (freshly painted) stairs with non-slip carpet treads. Straight ahead is the fourth bedroom with a closet and access to the attic storage space. To your left is the serene second full bathroom with a clawfoot tub.There are remote-controlled LED lights, customizable to your preferred color temperature and brightness, no need to get up from the tub while relaxing. On the walls is a luxurious, smooth roman clay, grounding you through the end of your day.

Basement

We cleaned and freshly painted the basement from top to bottom, just for you! No creepy basement vibes here. You have a clean space to do your laundry, with a high efficiency washing machine (i.e. less detergent!). We added in some extra shelving and there's a workroom for even more storage. We include a dehumidifier with automatic draining to keep it cool and dry. Oh, and we tested the radon levels, so you know it's safe down there for you and your family.
