Application Process
1. Pre-screening Questionaire
Thank you for your interest! Please fill out the pre-application, through our property management software, TurboTenant (click the brown button below). It will take only a few minutes and makes sure that you are qualified before we set up tours.

If no or low credit, we will consider a co-signer/guarantor + higher deposit

3 previous landlords minimum (where relevant)

2 dogs maximum

Any breed and size! (we don't discriminate)

Must be fixed and non-aggressive

Our landlord insurance will not cover ANY animal with a documented attack history

No evictions, felonies, or bankruptcy

No current or old debt collections

2. Come see Maison Middlefield!
Once you qualify, we'll set up a convenient time to give you a private tour of the property. Feel free to bring the family!

3. Rental Application Form
If you fall in love with the property, we'll send you the application form. The application fee is $45.

A background check is required, and is processed through TurboTenant.

4. You're Approved!
Congratulations! We'll send you a notification through TurboTenant.​​ You'll have 24 hours to sign & make deposit or it may go to next qualified applicant.

If for some reason we aren't a good match, we'll still send you a reply and give the reasoning of which requirement wasn't met.
