We are conveniently triangulated between several shopping and dining districts all a 3-5 minute drive or 15-25 minute walk (see The Neighborhood, below). Hospitals and cultural attractions are a 5-9 minute drive. It's about 20 minutes to downtown Cleveland and 25-35 minutes to the Hopkins airport. We're across the street from the #11 bus pickup/dropoff, which will take you to Case Western, Legacy Village, and Downtown Cleveland.
Dog-Friendly
We are big-time dog lovers and create a pet-friendly environment for you and your furry companions. We welcome up to two (non-aggressive and fixed) dogs with a refundable $500 deposit per pet and $45/month additional pet rent. There is a small fenced patio in the back, for those cold nights when no one wants to go for a walk.

Lawn Care & Snow Removal
Our lawn care and driveway snow removal services ensure a hassle-free living experience, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings without the worry of maintenance. We do ask you shovel your front walk. We won't use toxic chemicals on the lawn — so it's safe for kids, pets, and pollinators.

We use TurboTenant, an online property management system which has an app for tenants to easily pay rent, request maintenance, and track communications. It's offers credit/debit (3.49% fee) and ACH (No fee) payments. You can even boost your credit score with on time rental payments.
We think it's pretty cool.
